The Medical Examination & Camp Information with Packing List

Upon successfully completing registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing important instructions and links. The email includes links to download and upload the Medical Exam Form.

The Medical Exam Form required is the same as the Scouting America ABC. If you possess a current form (less than a year old at the time of the session), you may submit that. All completed medical exam forms must be submitted by May 15th for the June Session and June 15th for the July Session. The forms can be found on the last pages of the Session Information Packet. Parts A, B1 & B2 are filled out by parents/guardians. Part C is completed by a medical professional.

To streamline the process, don't wait to schedule your appointment. We recommend printing the form, scheduling a well-child exam, and bringing Part C along to be filled out and signed by the doctor during the appointment. This ensures timely completion and submission of the required medical documentation.

Youth Leadership Team

​​Interested in joining our Youth Leadership Team? It is a major commitment, but well worth your efforts and time! The application period is from Aug 1 to Sept 1 of each year. Applicants must have completed Phase 2 or Phase 3, and be 13 and/or entering 8th grade. Download and read the Youth Leader Agreement to find out more about the year-long leadership development program.
